Services provided in the Adult Day Support program are designed for individuals to work on self care skills and house cleaning skills to enable you to live as independently as possible in their home and community.

Tandoh Health Care Services, LLC provides skill training in the areas of:

• Money management
• Behavioral Support
• Learn home and personal safety skills
• Learn about their medications
• Reading and writing through educational activities
• Personal hygiene care
• House cleaning
• Enhancing skills or learning learn skills based on personal interest
• Communication
• Socialization and appropriate forms of socialization
• Community outings
• Non-medical transportation
• Learn shopping skills for groceries, clothing, personal items and recreational items
• Afford opportunities to learn new things.

We also host community outings which may include:

• Shopping
• Volunteering
• Trying out new things offered in the community
